A Figment of Imagination

Deep-Ones are maybe my favorite lovecraftian creation and "The Shadow Over Innsmouth" is surely one of my favorite lovecraftian tales, so it's no surprise I periodically come back to this classic theme trying to find other way to depict the corrupted people of Innsmouth. Anyway, who is the figment of who's imagination in this work? The answer is up to you.
